I’m Lynette Gutnik
As a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrated Nutrition (IIN), I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals face their obstacles and build a new roadmap toward a vibrant life.
In addition, with extensive training through the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching, I am part of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is the leading global organization for coaches and coaching, and hold the certification as a Professional Certified Coach. I don’t take this certification lightly! I get to be part of a worldwide network of trained professionals.

What people don’t know about me …
is that I love to sing. I sang in various groups when I was young and never lost that desire. Performing brings me great joy. I would not have started signing again if I didn’t learn how to get started and get clear about the change I wanted to see. I went into coaching to help others make life a little easier. I am a partner, not a therapist or a best friend but a coach that empowers you to be your best.
I’ve been working with Lynette for several months helping me determine the next steps in my career. Lynette’s guidance in how to navigate change has been very helpful. Taking a “deeper dive” can be hard, but her ability to challenge my thinking with thought-provoking questions has brought clarity for me to move forward. I appreciate her professional guidance and would highly recommend working with Lynette!

I believe in a higher power, whatever people want to call this; god, spirit, etc. The universe is vast and we are all energy vibrating at many different frequencies. My job is to help raise that vibrational frequency so the universe can go to work manifesting desires.
